BEN SLIGHT - Co-Founder and Client Director

Ben spent several years delivering senior leadership programmes globally - leading teams of account directors and project managers working across multiple industries - before forming Leaders Unbound. He believes that too many companies are missing out on the best that coaching has to offer - and is on a mission to change it.

Trained originally in the GROW Model, his main influences as a coach are the Inner Game, Flow Psychology and Somatic approaches.

Ben also does consultancy work for many top thought-leaders in business and personal development, shaping the publishing strategy behind some of the field’s most influential books, including Coaching for Performance.

TAMSIN LANGRISHE - Co-Founder and Programme Director

Tamsin is a practising Executive Coach and GBA Facilitator of Transformation who “grew up” with the pioneers of the industry: Sir John Whitmore, Tim Gallwey and Gita Bellin. She believes that, in a world of increasing complexity and uncertainty, it’s more important than ever to support leaders to lead with greater self-awareness, presence and humanity.

Tamsin brings 18 years of experience from Performance Consultants International, where she led global programme delivery across more than 20 languages, recruited and coordinated exceptional coaches and facilitators, and built a strong partner community.

At Leaders Unbound, she combines coaching, facilitation and operational expertise to ensure that great coaching and leadership development are delivered with the same care and quality behind the scenes as they are in the room.
