Yoshi’s services include executive & leadership coaching, group leadership workshop facilitation and organisational health consulting.

Experience

Yoshi’s corporate experience ranges from Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, leading M&A, Private Equity investment and financial advisory for the Telecom / Media / Technology sector as one of the youngest Vice Presidents at the time to leadership positions in Sales Operations, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Enablement and Marketing, managing commercial execution and transformation projects at Elsevier.

As Vice President of Marketing, Yoshi led a marketing team of over 30 individuals globally through an Agile marketing reorganisation, where he successfully improved the Employee Net Promoter Score from -75 to +33, while delivering on the commercial objectives. Both as a line manager and mentor, Yoshi has directly coached and supported over 200 individuals from around the world in their leadership development.

After obtaining his coach certification with the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and an Associate Coach Credential (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, Yoshi transitioned to working full-time as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development facilitator. Yoshi is certified in various assessments and experiential training tools for an integrated learning experience. Yoshi works in English and Japanese.
