Ciarán is an Executive Coach and Master Leadership Facilitator who also delivers ICF Certified Coaching programmes and bespoke company programmes which combine coaching & leadership facilitation and executive coaching.

Experience

Ciarán has more than 30 years’ experience as a coach, mentor and confidante and his focus is with CEOs, senior leaders, high potentials and management teams facing significant transition, change or leadership challenges. He is passionate about enabling his clients to become exemplary coaching leaders.

He is an honours graduate of The National College of Ireland and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with 40 years multi-industry experience. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with 2500+ hours of professional coaching. Ciarán formerly had 20+ years of HR experience and worked at HR Director level for 15 years in several multi-national companies and sectors: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Internet and Global Pharma and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).

Ciarán is a Master Facilitator of Kouzes & Posner’s Leadership Challenge programme. He has coached and facilitated individuals and teams in most European countries as well as Cambodia, India, Ethiopia, USA, China, Canada, Thailand, Singapore Philippines, Dubai, Qatar and Australia. He thrives in a multi-cultural environment.
