James Wright

EXECUTIVE COACH & FACILITATOR

James is an Executive Coach and Facilitator as well as Speaker and Author. His principal focus is organisational culture change, facilitated through Executive Coaching, Coach Supervision and Leadership and Performance Facilitation. He has worked and studied closely with coaching thought leaders including Sir John Whitmore, Nancy Kline, Anthony Robbins, Tim Gallwey, David Grove and Carol Wilson.

Experience

James was formerly an FIVB elite sports coach and international volleyball clinician, accumulating a vast and priceless hoard of insights into the components of success, failure, winning and losing and all the challenges associated with personal achievement, communication and high-level performance.

He integrates these experiences of 35 years into employee engagement programmes, which are designed to significantly improve peak performance and personal insight, dynamic communication and connectedness, recruitment and retention of valued workers who want to make a difference as well as maintain morale and motivation.

By modelling emotional maturity and respectful communication, James brings awareness of the fundamental people-issues, systems and beliefs that underlie so many organisations' perceptions of their leaders. The outcome is that leaders can then, and only then, become equipped to better support the health and productivity of their teams.

James has worked with multi-cultural companies of all sizes and sectors, in over 35 countries in both English and French, among those England Rugby (RFU), Johnson & Johnson, Shell, Reckitt, Philip Morris, Linde, IKEA, NHS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Medtronic and Channel 4.
