Experience

For more than 30 years, Chris developed, managed, led and supported organisational change. He has worked as an independent consultant working collaboratively within teams across a wide range of different sectors including manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, central and local government. At Reuters Plc, he managed key business change programmes, working closely with Directors and providing progress and risk reports to the Reuters Group Board.

As a coach and facilitator, Chris has worked with business executives, project managers and senior staff in education. pharmaceutical, oil, defence, public arts, non-profit, finance and technology sectors. He continues a lifelong study of leadership and how people influence each other, having studied neuroscience through designing information technology systems, project management, facilitation and the nature of communication at all levels. His awareness of psychology, systems thinking, neuro-linguistics and organisational development helps him reveal the connections between heart, mind, creativity and all levels of emotional intelligence within human relationship systems.
