Natalia Cerezo Martin is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker whose mission is twofold: to put more women in senior decision-making rooms, and to make emotional intelligence a non-negotiable part of how all leaders lead. Known to her clients as their "Human Red Bull," she brings a rare energy and directness to her work - coaching that is warm, honest, and propulsive in equal measure.

Experience
Natalia’s route to coaching ran through over two decades of senior leadership in entertainment and cybersecurity. She led global teams across the UK, USA, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Singapore, and held a VP-level role during a period of acquisition, merger and demerger at WithSecure (formerly F-Secure). Before that VP chapter, she burned out - and it taught her, from the inside, exactly what misaligned values and depleted capacity cost a leader and the people around them. She chose to lead differently, and now she coaches others through the same territory from a place of genuine experience rather than theory.
As a facilitator and speaker, Natalia has delivered more than 50 workshops to over 500 attendees, working across organisations in technology, financial services, customer experience and beyond. She has a particular gift for connecting with groups of diverse backgrounds and creating the conditions for people to be honest about what is actually getting in the way. Her sessions are energising without being superficial - she names what is real and creates momentum from there. She has spoken at events including the Women in CX conference, where she was Highly Commended in the Inspiring Women in CX awards.
As a coach, Natalia works with senior and emerging leaders who are capable, ambitious and (frequently) exhausted. Her Empower and Lead framework addresses three of the most common patterns she sees: imposter moments that undercut genuine competence; overcommitment that makes sustainable leadership impossible; and scattered focus that stops leaders operating at the strategic level they are ready for. She coaches leaders of all genders and brings particular depth to her work with women navigating senior environments where the rules are rarely written down. With over 300 coaching hours and 70 clients, she is also a trained Emotions Coaching Practitioner - her approach moves through the feeling to the decision, and from the decision to accountable action.
Natalia holds the Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and is certified as an Emotions Coaching Practitioner. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is based in London.
