Experience

Nathalie initially trained at Edhec Business School and then went on to spend 15 years working in the broadcast industry, holding various positions ranging from Key Account Manager, Sales Director and Deputy Marketing Director for major organisations such as France Télécom, Canal+ and TDF. More recently, she built on these earlier commercial and management experiences, taking on C-level roles in two digital coaching start-ups.

As a coach and facilitator, Nathalie infuses her work with her corporate experience, and also with mindfulness, emergence and embodiment. With individual coaching clients, she often addresses themes such as change management, leadership and management, work-life balance, career development, communication, interpersonal relationships, and workplace well-being. With teams and executive committees, her work often includes improving collaboration for greater well-being and efficiency, navigating organisational changes (restructuring, mergers, environmental shifts), and fostering a culture of "We" within leadership teams and across organisations.
