Leaders Unbound announced its launch this summer as a leadership development partnership built on a single conviction: that excellent coaching and facilitation - the kind that changes the way people lead and the way organisations work - should be competitively priced and accessible to as many as possible, not just a few enlightened blue chip companies.
Founding partners, Ben Slight and Tamsin Langrishe, are practising coaches and former senior staff at Performance Consultants where they delivered bespoke leadership projects for organisations including Mastercard, Medtronic, Allianz and Louis Vuitton. Ben has spent two decades in coaching and leadership development thinking, working directly with the people who shape the industry and overseeing the publishing strategy behind some of the field’s most influential books, including Coaching for Performance. Tamsin brings rare operational expertise, having coordinated coaching and facilitation programmes in more than 20 languages - ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
The Gap in the Market
The leadership development firms with the best people and deepest methodologies have spent decades focused on their largest clients. The result: ambitious organisations with fewer than 2,000 people are left choosing between expensive and inaccessible on one side, and generic and transactional on the other. Technology platforms have entered the gap, offering coaching at volume. But volume is not impact.
